∎ At least 2 year(s)

ISP related work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing invoices for Monthly Internet service charge & Ensure 100% compliance to collection process through follow up via emails, phone calls, involvement of internal parties.
∎ Managing and collecting Monthly Internet Service charge from clients in time.
∎ Monitor & visit to customer's regular basis for ensure the recovery of over dues.
∎ New customer code open in software & ledger Database updated.
∎ Monitor customer accounts and aged debt. Maintain accurate and detailed records on all customer accounts in the portfolio and escalate outstanding issues and activities.
∎ End of the month prepare Monthly Collection & outstanding report for submit to the Management.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Positive attitude and good problem solving skill.
∎ Flexible, Dedicated and Hardworking.
∎ Co-operative in Team and Helping Nature.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
