Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage branding, awareness, and student conversion campaigns across all platforms (social media, web, in-store, and events).
∎ Execute timely promotion campaigns aligned with seasonal academic intakes (e.g. May, September, January).
∎ Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video teams for compelling daily content and creatives tailored for the education sector.
∎ Develop scripts and creative briefs for weekly student success stories, application tips, OVCs/TVCs, and informative content.
∎ Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints including offices, partner schools, job fairs, and student seminars.
∎ Track development and timely delivery of posters, banners, digital backdrops, and educational flyers.
∎ Support branding during university visits, expos, and counseling events to enhance student experience.
∎ Maintain strong PR relationships with media houses, education journalists, and online education portals.
∎ Draft and circulate press releases for key announcements such as partner university collaborations, scholarship launches, or intake milestones.
∎ Identify, onboard, and manage student influencers, alumni, and social media ambassadors to promote brand trust and visibility.
∎ Monitor and measure influencer performance and campaign reach based on lead conversions.
∎ Monitor competitors in the education consultancy space to identify trends, digital tactics, and outreach models.
∎ Work with the counselling and business development teams to understand campaign impact on student inquiries and application numbers.
∎ Analyze past campaign performance and use insights to improve future strategies.
∎ Develop and manage the monthly marketing calendar tied to global university intakes and admission deadlines.
∎ Monitor promotional spend vs. budget and prepare detailed monthly reports.
∎ Assist in formulating the annual marketing plan, aligning with brand growth, student acquisition goals, and university events.

∎ Job Summary
∎ We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and growth-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Executive – Brand and Communications. This role is essential in shaping the public image of GPEL, building student trust, and driving traffic through impactful campaigns, PR efforts etc. You’ll work across departments to ensure brand consistency and help position GPEL as the preferred choice for studying abroad.
∎ Responsibilities:
