Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Masters/ Butex / Diploma/ Fashion Design/ Fabric Manufacturing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be experienced as product developer Specially for PSF, Filament, Spandex and Knit Fabrics
∎ Should have knit fabrics marketing experience with brands.
∎ Ensure required sample supply with the time line.
∎ Ensure samples quantity, quality & size as per requirement.
∎ Resolve the complaints/comments of different buyer.
∎ Work with sales & marketing team and responsible for supply the required sample with lead time.
∎ Responsible for sourcing to meet the all customer requirements.
∎ Any others task by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Garments Factory, Buying House Etc.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in product development system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of new development.
∎ Strong knowledge on adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Salary: Negotiable
