Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within government, military, and construction sectors.
∎ Manage all aspects of tender processes, financial operations including VAT, Taxation, financial reporting, pay orders.
∎ Attending tender and make proper demonstrations to represent the organization.
∎ Identifying markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers.
∎ Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the business development team.
∎ Oversight of financial audits and compliance.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including government officials and private sector stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and proactive communication.·
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounts records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and procedural standards.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline supplier payments and negotiate favorable terms.
∎ Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to taxation, VAT, and other financial matters.
∎ Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants on contracts, agreements, and other legal matters pertaining to business transactions.·
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
