∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Ability to handle customs, import and insurance claim related tasks independently.
∎ Familiar with UCP 600, Incoterms 2020, Import Policy Order 2015-2018 and Bangladesh Customs Tariff.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Candidates must have working experience in EPZ area.
∎ Ability to handle customs, import and insurance claim related tasks independently.
∎ Familiar with UCP 600, Incoterms 2020, Import Policy Order 2015-2018 and Bangladesh Customs Tariff.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Candidates must have working experience in EPZ area.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accountable for monitoring and providing support to the respective function for ensuring regulatory compliance in the area of customs bonded warehouse operations.
∎ Prepare yearly statement of import and export for audit and handle yearly customs audit independently.
∎ Maintain and update bond register and doing properly Ex bond and in to bond and ensure all export and import entry to bond register.
∎ Monitoring General bond and Bond License issue/renewal and bond capacity for at a time and yearly production Limit.
∎ Follow up import and export daily basis to keep update bond register.
∎ Go to office of EPB and Chamber of Commerce, Shipping line, Lien Bank for necessary work.
∎ Arrange necessary documents for submit IP and EP and submit EP, IP to BEPZA.
∎ Prepare all kind of import & export document as like Commercial invoice , Packing list , Delivery Challan , All kind of shipping documents for customs & bank purpose.
∎ Maintain cooperation with C & F agent and submit documents to C & F agent to ensure the smooth clearance of consignment.
∎ Make Export consumption.
∎ Knowledge about Incoterm of ICC and LC,SRO, NOC,HS Code 12) CBM Calculation of cargo.
∎ Remove all irregularities of customs and bonded whorehouse.
∎ Capable to deal with customs authority
