Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters/ Bachelor/ Bachelors of Law. (L.L.B) of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in law & Compliance from any recognised University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and monitoring the organisation Compliance & Coordination of compliance.
∎ Employee agreement, applying terms & conditions.
∎ Proper maintaining of all files and documents with confidentiality.
∎ Working on all compliance & HR issues practices by organisation.
∎ Taking initiatives and legal actions according to the management decision.
∎ Legal support and operational activities for the company.
∎ Drafting agreements and Service Contracts.
∎ Providing Legal opinion.
∎ Vetting of national & international corporate and service agreements.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Develop and implement a Compliance plan.
∎ Able to efficiently deal/communicate with govt/non-govt/Ngo's & maintain liaison for company's interest.
∎ Well conversant with labour laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Have to ensure accountability and highest transparency in work.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla language with well typing skill.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.

Salary: Negotiable
