Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online and offline customer footfall, and achieve sales targets.
∎ Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including vlogs, website content, social media posts, and Google ads.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
∎ Website Management: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
∎ SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve online visibility and website traffic.
∎ Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
∎ Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
∎ Paid Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competition to make informed marketing decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on cosmetic & skincare products preferred.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other social media management tools, and content creation software.
∎ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
∎ In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
∎ Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
