∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (Social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
∎ Webpage admin panel management and content uploading will be required.
∎ The candidate will have to write good copies for all social media channels.
∎ Identifying keywords and phrases that are relevant to the business's industry.
∎ Review existing content to ensure it is up to date and relevant to readers Develop information that can be used in marketing campaigns.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective SEO strategy.
∎ Stay updated on latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture as required; remake contents, and design to improve SEO rankings for website and YouTube channel.
∎ Analyze website performance metrics and create reports to track progress.
∎ Track and make time to time report about marketing campaigns, results, with real impacts happened.
∎ Create content plan being ahead of time for overall digital media channels, get approval from line manager and take inputs if required.
∎ Assist video production resource with idea, copy and scripts for creating engaging videos for company digital media channels, YouTube channels, and other media as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bangla is a must
∎ Knowledge with SEO Tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), Office Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suit.
∎ SEO Keyword Research capability, On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
∎ Familiarity with market research techniques.
∎ Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Punctuality is expected at all times.
∎ Must have a can-do attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
