Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
∎ CA-CC/ CMA/ ACCA part qualified would be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage accounts receivables and payables with aging report.
∎ Costs sheet analysis with actual costs and take corrective actions.
∎ Be able to prepare and reconcile bank and party reconciliations.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
∎ Sound knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software.
∎ Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions as needed.
∎ Daily transaction records for sales and purchase & posting to Accounting software as per accounting standards
∎ Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning and be vigilant at month end account closing.
∎ Confirm VAT, TAX deduction and other regulatory compliance of the organizations.
∎ Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral for English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Excel.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts/ Finance/Bank/LC related experience.
