∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry, Cement Sales, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sale
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify sales opportunities, generating lead, target identification and classification.
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Government Institute, Industries, Corporate houses, Civil Engineer, Institutions etc.
∎ Prepared strategic marketing and sales plan & reporting (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly).
∎ To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Coordination with production & distribution to deliver customer requirement.
∎ Reach out to new customers like Government Project, Privet Project, Different Civil Engineering Institute or Organizations for cement sales.
∎ Maintain relationships with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Ensure proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new businesses.
∎ Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
∎ Ensure that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to wing head.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in corporate sales in MES will get preference.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable with leadership quality.
∎ Strong analytical and computer skills is a must.
∎ Ability to take challenges, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry.
∎ The candidate may need to travel frequently.
