Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
∎ Regularly visit prospective and existing clients to present offerings, build rapport, and drive consistent business growth
∎ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and partnership credibility
∎ Keep detailed and organized documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and account histories
∎ Handle end-to-end documentation including quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment records
∎ Ensure accurate reporting of all transactions, agreements, and sales-related correspondence
∎ Provide pricing quotes and negotiate customized deals in line with client needs and company standards
∎ Follow up on timely payments, preferably within 60 days and ensure compliance with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) requirements and collection procedures
∎ Identify target customers and sectors—such as banks, insurance firms, pharmaceuticals, and MNCs—to generate new business
∎ Execute structured market visit plans to explore opportunities and maintain consistent sales growth
∎ Monitor competitor activities, collect market intelligence, and share insights to support sales strategy and innovation
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to adapt offerings based on customer feedback and market demands
∎ Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
∎ Support team performance through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts
∎ Undertake any other assignments or special tasks as instructed by the management, in alignment with company goals.
