Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA (CC) or ICMA/ CGA partly qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost and budget, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing pre-costing analysis and maintaining pre-costing related database.
∎ Analysing Post costing & its variance with pre-costing.
∎ Generating and track all product costing estimates for both existing and new product development.
∎ Developing standard costs data base for all types' product/ brand.
∎ Aligning budget by continuous profitability (style, buyer wise) and ratio analysis such as order-knit, knit-dyeing, dyeing-finishing, order-ship, production-ship.
∎ Continuous examining costing information and collaborate with sales and finance teams to establish customer pricing.
∎ Analysing and review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies or improvements.
∎ Validating the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
∎ Preparing report on margins by product and product category.
∎ Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation.
∎ Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimise resources.
∎ Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
∎ Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximise organisation profitability
∎ Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
∎ Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong command over accounting software i.e Oracle, Tally.
∎ Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in English communication
∎ Strong knowledge on MS Office i.e MS Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
