∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE- Costing & Production Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption function.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE- Costing & Production Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption function.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ Collect reference sample or artwork/sketch from Merchandising department & study and analyze each style carefully.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin for pre-costing and  provide costing SMV and thread consumption to Merchandiser.
∎ Collect size set sample from sample section or merchandising department & study and analyze each style carefully.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin with thread consumption for bulk production and provide  bulletin sheet to production floor.
∎ Calculate thread consumption for each style for costing as well as for production utilization.
∎ Coordinate with sample, maintenance, production, floor IE team for any kind of process improvement.
∎ Check capacity study sheet for each style conducted by IE team regular basis and get operators best capacity and re-set SMV if needed.
∎ Do research on GSD motions and practically find out operators motion in practice.
∎
