∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE at Cutting/ Finishing/ Printing & Embroidery section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare report on Table and Process wise manpower counting and assist production supervisors to re-balance due to worker's absenteeism for a particular table and process.
∎ Assess new worker's skill level, negotiate and fix salary based on skill. Conduct all cutting worker's skill evaluation regular interval, maintain skill matrix and evaluate worker’s performance.
∎ Calculate cutting SMV & update cutting SMV databank.
∎ Calculate cutting efficiency and work to increase efficiency.
∎ Conduct time study and method study in cutting operations to find out best method.
∎ Provide production target to cutting table and make follow up to meet the target.
∎ Record and analyze NPT (non productive time) in cutting with responsible section and reason, and reduce NPT.
∎ Monitor cutting production, cutting efficiency, cut panel rejection.
∎ Train cutting workers in different operations to make them multi skilled.
∎ Ensure maximum labor utilization at cutting section.
∎ Do root cause analysis of cutting DHU and take necessary actions to reduce cutting DHU Implement new IE concept to improve cutting work/ efficiency.
∎ Ensure fabric in-hand according to target & plan.
∎ Check booking consumption and actual cutting consumption.
∎ Proceed short note and stoppage note for any sort of valid reason with proper analysis to best utilize the fabric. Prepare order reconciliation (cutting portion) report.
