∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE at Cutting/ Finishing/ Printing & Embroidery section.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE at Cutting/ Finishing/ Printing & Embroidery section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct head count of all worker daily and set productive manpower in printing & embroidery section.
∎ Assess new recruited workers skill level, negotiate and fix salary based on skill in printing & embroidery section.
∎ Conduct all  worker's skill evaluation regular interval,  maintain skill matrix and evaluate worker’s performance in printing & embroidery section.
∎ Calculate SMV for printing & embroidery items (Manual table & Auto print machine), conduct capacity study and update SMV databank.
∎ Calculate efficiency of  in printing & embroidery section and work to increase efficiency.
∎ Conduct time study and method study in printing operations and embroidery operations to find out best method.
∎ Record and analyze NPT (non productive time) in printing & embroidery section with responsible team and reason, and reduce NPT.
∎ Provide production target in printing & embroidery section and make follow up to meet the target.
∎ Monitor production, efficiency, DHU and rejection  in printing & embroidery section.
∎ Do root cause analysis and reduce DHU and rejection of printing & embroidery section.
∎ Analyze and work to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value) in the Printing & embroidery process.
∎ Conduct printing & embroidery capacity analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ Identify training needs for the team and arrange development programs to upskill the workforce. Implement new IE concept and improve printing & embroidary section
