∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments Planning.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments Planning.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make Print and Embroidery production plan according to capacity and ensure maximum capacity utilization with minimum cost.
∎ Distribute Print and Embroidery production plan to all related production staff and conduct meeting to implement the plan.
∎ Update Print and Embroidery production plan time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Set Print and Embroidery production target and follow up to achieve.
∎ Monitor daily production of Print and Embroidery and make daily production status and follow up order progress.
∎ Work to implement Print and Embroidery planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising team to have all kinds of approval for print and embroidery production as per T&A.
∎ Make strong follow up with Cutting to send cut panel to print and embroidery section on time.
∎ Make capacity plan and feasibility study for upcoming orders and if needed make plan for getting outsource to meet on time shipment.
∎ Attend PP meeting and also in risk analysis meeting (if needed) and sort out any difficulties for printing and embroidery production which might impact on time shipment.
