Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and skill needs.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
∎ Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively to support employee satisfaction.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
∎ Guide managers and employees through the appraisal process and provide necessary support and resources.
∎ Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
∎ Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and provide regular attendance reports.
∎ Enforce company policies consistently and update them as needed to align with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Communicate policy updates to employees and ensure compliance.
∎ Prepare and verify monthly payroll data, coordinating with the finance department for timely processing.
∎ Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
∎ Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
∎ Maintain up-to-date employee files, HR databases, and documentation.
∎ Prepare HR reports and provide accurate data to management for review.
