Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/LLM from any Public University or Law College under National University with Bar Council Membership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): experience in related field in Group of Companies, Labor Law, Land, Land Law, Legal Affairs

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate pending Civil, Criminal & Labour related cases in different courtss.
∎ provide legal opinions & support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase.
∎ Coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and non Govt organization such as AC Land office, Tahsil office, Sub registry office.
∎ Provide legal vetting on purchasing proposed land.
∎ Have to draft plaints, petition, written statement, objection, replies to relevant show cause and all other drafting.
∎ Have to collect office related papers for different cases like deeds, maps, porcha, dakhil, mutation from concerned tohsil office / land offce.
∎ Identify & monitor land related problems and arrange remedial measures accordingly.
∎ Attend registration at registration office ( or commission ) of land.
∎ Take care of all legal cases in different courts filed by the group/filed against the group.
∎ Dealing with HR related cases of worker or management staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about and measurement , land mutation, land registration, land ownership, land related papers / documents and other assets.
∎ Must have to understand all land related documents ( CS, SA, RS, BS, Mutation, Bia deed, position of porcha )

Salary: Negotiable
