∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/Textile from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in IE at Textile- Dyeing & Finishing/ Knitting section.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/Textile from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 4/5 years of experience in IE at Textile- Dyeing & Finishing/ Knitting section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct head count of all worker daily and re-balance manpower in case of absenteeism.
∎ Assess new recruited workers skill level, negotiate and fix salary based on skill.
∎ Conduct all  worker's skill evaluation regular interval, maintain skill matrix and evaluate worker’s performance.
∎ Prepare Daily Knitting Efficiency & Capacity Utilization Report.
∎ Record and analyze NPT (non productive time) and material wastage in knitting section with responsible team and reason, and reduce NPT and material wastage.
∎ Provide production target in knitting section based on plan requirement and make follow up to meet the target.
∎ Monitor production, efficiency, and rejection  in knitting section.
∎ Do root cause analysis and reduce rejection in knitting section Identify training needs for the team and arrange development programs to upskill the workforce.
∎ Coordinate & troubleshoot with knitting concerns about daily knitting efficiency and capacity utilization.
∎ Conduct method study to develop new best method and reduce machine stoppage and non value added time.
∎ Facilitate 5S & Quality Circle activities in Knitting.
