Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main task will be helping HR & Admin manager with data analysis, reporting, drafting
∎ Ensure office safety and security
∎ Maintain employee personal file, leave update, attendance update
∎ Ensure in time opening and closing of office
∎ Ensure office cleaning
∎ Coordinate in recruitment process
∎ Ensure legal and external communication
∎ Ensure office kitchen
∎ Ensure office transport, look after driver
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a pleasant personality with a positive attitude, a good motivator
∎ Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
∎ Ambitious, smart and bold
∎ Confident and dynamic personality with strong verbal command
∎ Well-groomed (Must be clean-shaved, sharp haircut), corporate attire: Suited
∎ Good family background
