Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. A Reputed Woven-Denim Garments Company Ensure a very significant role to increase productivity by using Industrial Engineering tools for the Woven.
∎ 2. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine garment manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ 3. Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, garments manufacturing process breakdown, perfect machine layout.
∎ 4. Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Method Re-engineering, Motion study, Time study, and Line balancing.
∎ 5. Reduce work in process (WIP) and find bottlenecks, technical difficulties, and quality-related issues.
∎ 6. Fill up the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target.
∎ 7. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
∎ 8. Reduce man-machine ratio, production planning, and implementation. Calculate SMV and prepare SMV bank, training of workers, etc.
∎ 9. Set the target and make a draft, layout design of the machine requirement, material flow, and workstation to bring the best possible efficiency.
∎ 10. Modern tools are used to design the layout.
∎ 11. Monitor factory performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost-efficiency, and target improvements with the internal factory team and take necessary corrective action.
∎ 12. Find out the causes & remedies of manufacturing wastes and loss to take necessary steps in all operating areas.
∎ 13. Analyze workforce assignment, facility layout, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of employees and equipment and recommend methods for improving employee efficiency and reducing wastage.
∎ 14. Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE-related reports.
∎ 15. Any other task assigns by the management.
