Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivery:
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
∎ Track and monitor delivery schedules to prevent delays and maintain an efficient supply chain.
∎ Physical Inspection:
∎ Conduct regular physical inspections of inventory items to verify their condition and quality.
∎ Collaborate with relevant teams to address any discrepancies or quality issues.
∎ Approval:
∎ Review and approve incoming inventory items based on established quality standards and specifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality control guidelines.
∎ Quality Assurance (QA):
∎ Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
∎ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and compliance.
∎ Order Processing:
∎ Process inventory orders, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
∎ Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
∎ Shipping:
∎ Coordinate shipping activities, such as packaging, labeling, and documentation, to ensure smooth outbound shipments.
∎ Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and customer delivery expectations.
∎ Stock Management:
∎ Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock or stockouts.
∎ Implement inventory control measures, such as stock counting, cycle counting, and reordering strategies.
∎ Auditing:
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Collaborate with internal audit teams and implement recommended improvements.
∎ Development:
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in inventory management systems, and best practices.
∎ Continuously improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Generate comprehensive inventory reports, including stock levels, movement, and valuation.
∎ Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in inventory management or related roles, with a strong understanding of inventory principles and best practices.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
∎ Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proactive mindset and ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
