Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA in Marketing (Other educational qualifications may be considered for experienced candidates)/Diploma In Computer Science/CSE.
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline from any public and private University. Candidates from the reputed private universities will get an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Client Relationship Management, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Experienced in IT product selling, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Planning and implementing various promotional activities.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex situation.
∎ Set sales targets & define the strategy to achieve those targets.
∎ Building and maintaining a CRM database.
∎ Weekly Business meeting with top management and providing market feedback.
∎ To provide the product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to take challenges
∎ Must have a personal motorbike
∎ Must have a driving capacity of motorbike
∎ Applicants must be capable to handle clients in any situation.
∎ At least 3 years practical experience in relevant field with 3 years proven track record in attendance device, POS, bar-code label, ribbon, printer, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT Enabled Service, Software Companies, Distribution Company, etc.
∎ Must possess a good command of spoken & written English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer literacy.
∎ Knowledge of Brand Marketing.
∎ Experienced in analytical and strategic surveys.
∎ Experience in Training, Managing and Motivating a SalesForce.
∎ Must have effective communication skill
∎ Must have a driving capacity of motorbike.
∎ *All certificates will be verified.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
