Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agricultural Science with MBA (Marketing) background from any reputed University. Any professional education in marketing/sales discipline from reputed institute will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Position Purpose:
∎ Achieve country sales budget and ensure receivables in line with company`s financial objective and implement short & mid-term objectives set by the management. Ensure customer`s satisfaction within the country through need oriented policies, programs & services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new customers and supporting Sales lead generation efforts
∎ Responsible for sales and also maintain the sales force activities & performance in the retail market in the field of Public Health
∎ Oversee the marketing & sales of the assigned products/ areas.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company policy and follow the process.
∎ Formulate Sales Plan and take strategies in order to achieve company’s goal.
∎ Coordinate the sales functions and personnel involved.
∎ Attend customers inquiry, quote price, follow-up orders & identify new opportunities.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
∎ New Dealer opening, market information collection.
∎ Achieve sales target & increase market share etc.
∎ Implementation of company’s plan to develop market of Public Health Products (especially Mosquito Coils) and City Corporation Public Health business).
∎ Coordination between various departments within the organization for Business Development. Having strong motivational skill to uplift the spirits of the employees for sustainable growth of the company.
∎ Any other duties and projects assigned by the Management from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Around 5 years in sales of Public Health Products like Mosquito Coil, Aerosol, Vapour, Spray etc. with practical experience of sale & recovery concept in the field of Bangladesh Public Health Market. Proven skills to manage sales team members are pre-requisite.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
∎ Willing to travel across country is required. The candidate must have ability to travel all over the county.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
