∎ Candidate have additional knowledge in Civil engineering or Construction related will get extra preference.
∎ American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,North South University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work under presure, Adaptability, Client Management, Communication, Computer skill, Marketing, team work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Client handling.
∎ Work closely with Construction Engineering team to formulate and implement marketing and business development strategies; identify key clients and pursuits; oversee regional business development and client relations; help forge relationships with consultants, contractors and other engineering firms to enter new markets.
∎ Pre-Conference/trade show coordination and preparation, including researching and meeting new clients as well as existing clients and teaming partners.
∎ Identify and manage key relationships with leading construction associations at both a national and international level to support demand and revenue targets.
∎ He/ She will be responsible for finding their own customers and maintaining a healthy funnel.
∎ The role requires to maintain customer relationships to preserve high customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Engage with customers via phone, e-mail, face -to-face.
∎ In charge of traveling across Bangladesh and within Dhaka to secure sales with new customers and meet clients He/ She maybe required to travel abroad also. Be the first point of contact for customers to understand their needs
∎ Conduct research on customers' business requirements, problems, and competitors.
∎ Must ensure the sales target is met on time.
∎ Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales.
∎ Document customer interactions and funnel growth so they can be uploaded to our CRM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in both Bengali & English (speaking and writing).
∎ Out of Box thinker.
∎ Good presentation skill.
∎ Must be a team player.
