∎ MBA / M. Com/B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain will be an added advantage)

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement of Packaging and Promotional Materials
∎ Procurement of Labware, Consumables and Services.
∎ Exploring supply market and developing alternative sources / vendor.
∎ Procurement of Columns, CRS, Impurity, Reagent & other consumables.
∎ Follow-up of timely shipment / delivery, clearance of consignment from drugs, bank and customs port.
∎ Follow-up of Bill payment.
∎ Dispute settlement
∎ Facing Internal & External audit.
∎ Creating purchase order (PO) through Oracle ERP software.
∎ Coordinate with all relevant Depts., including SCM, R&D, ADL, QC, QA, Microbiology, Production, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, HR, Commercial, etc. for better mobility of operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven expertise in Supply Chain function including Procurement & Commercial.
∎ Procurement experience related to QC/QA will be an additional advantage.
∎ Hands on knowledge about the GMP standards and practices.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good command in English and good communication skills.
∎ Capable of cross functional dealings including Commercial, Finance, R&D, QC, Production etc.
