∎ Lead, motivate, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
∎ Set clear sales targets and ensure the team consistently achieves them.
∎ Provide training and guidance to improve team performance.
∎ Conduct direct sales activities to acquire new B2B clients.
∎ Visit potential clients regularly to understand their business needs.
∎ Present products/services effectively to decision-makers.
∎ Travel outside Dhaka for business development and client acquisition.
∎ Visit team members in different locations to support and solve their challenges.
∎ Identify and approach key decision-makers in target industries.
∎ Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
∎ Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
∎ Prepare and present competitive proposals to potential clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and finalize deals while ensuring mutual benefit.
∎ Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
∎ Analyze customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth.
∎ Deliver compelling presentations to showcase company products/services.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
∎ Address client queries and concerns with well-prepared information.
∎ Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in CRM software.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
∎ Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements where needed.
