Job Context:
∎ Travel Counselor (Tour Package)
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages.
∎ Communicate with Foreign Hotels.
∎ Sales support to achieve yearly target.
∎ Monitor Customer Services.
∎ Good skill to maintain International Booking Portal for Hotels, Car, Air Transport, Railway and others.
∎ Maintain all online marketing communications on social media, email, website etc
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and promote tour packages and provide content details for packages.
∎ Strategic planning and implementation of travel products and itineraries for clients.
∎ Provide support for Hajj / Umrah special desk deals.
∎ Write & submit reports on tasks and maintain proper official records.
∎ Advising clients on the health insurance policy that suits their travel based on their travel period.
∎ Call up clients as regards their request for travel services.
∎ Good skill to maintain International Booking Portal for Hotels, Car, Air Transport, Railway and others.
∎ Maintain good working relationships with vendors.
∎ Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge of developing tour packages.
∎ Experienced in Hotel booking, Reservation & Land tour packages.
∎ Experienced in Client Relationship Management.
∎ Reporting to Senior Management.
Salary: Negotiable
