Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Assist managers and employees in understanding performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials and resources.
∎ HR Operations:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including financial data, and other HR databases. Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Policy Development and Implementation:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives. Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance across the organization.
∎ HR Projects and Initiatives:
∎ Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and organizational development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
∎ Payroll Management:
∎ Act with monthly salary, earn leave, bonus, compensation & assist to disburse. Generate pay slip.Maintain procedure of month wise yearly increment, confirmation and promotion.Prepare increment sheet & performance appraisal sheet staff & worker.Manage all joining and exit formalities of newly & resigned employees.Ensure final settlement, compensation & benefits for employee as per law.During audit assist to provide HR & Payroll related documents. Communicate with proper management through mail for updating HR & Payroll related issue.
