∎ The candidate having extensive experience in Super shop/Chain shop/Retail store will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart with fair personality.
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Office package - especially MS Word/MS Excel/PowerPoint),
∎ Excellent typing speed both for Bangla & English is require.
∎ Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process recruitment, prepare and disseminate vacancy announcement both internal and external, process applications/screening, fix schedules for interview, conduct reference check and further arrange for staff placement and organize staff orientation.
∎ Prepare appointment letter, employment contract.
∎ Issue official memo/circular and other disciplinary letters.
∎ Process monthly employee payroll on time and through the appropriate channels.
∎ Maintain and monitor HR related documents and staff personal records, contract papers, staff personal data, attendance, roster, leave, training, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Maintain Duty Time Exchange/Day Off exchange/Leave/Attendance/payroll Management of Floor operation & Office staffs.
∎ Schedule department wise staff roster.
∎ Preparing HR & Admin related all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ Monitor overall office discipline level for smooth execution of day-to-day work as per company policy.
∎ Monitor overall office administrative matters, logistic support, transport management, event management, office cleanliness etc.
∎ Handling employee related issues and grievances in a transparent and impartial manner, as and when required.
∎ Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations & standard work environment.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Ensure daily cleanliness of Floor operation & Office for smooth operation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
