Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
∎ Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve the issues
∎ Check all Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of machine to ensure functionality
∎ Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
∎ Monitor expenses and control the cost for maintenance
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
∎ Monitoring critical spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
∎ Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems
∎ Ability to keep track and report on activity
∎ Experience in planning maintenance operations
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Diagnose and resolve mechanical & electrical activities, providing ongoing maintenance support.
∎ Create comprehensive technical documentation including system diagrams, operation manuals and maintenance procedures.
∎ Ensure all equipment maintenance solutions adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations.
