∎ The applicants should have experience in the Garments Industries.
∎ Candidates worked in HR department in the garments factory of EPZ will be preferable.
∎ Good knowledge on EPZ Labor law, 2019, EPZ Labor Rules, 2022 & Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006
∎ Should have computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English Typing.
∎ Floor HR handling capacity.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn
∎ Ability to work in team.
∎ Nice and Gentle behavior.
∎ Dedication and Loyal.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.
∎ Manage recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and taking orientation training for new joiners.
∎ Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation.
∎ Maintain and update personal files of all employees.
∎ Ensure all HR and administrative practices adhere to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
∎ Handling employee grievance & maintain employee relation as per labor law & company policies.
∎ Receiving employees complain and take disciplinary action from issuing showcase letter to dismiss letter as per EPZ Labor Law & Rules.
∎ Conduct awareness training program among employees on company’s rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues.
∎ Prepare & ensure maternity benefits payments as per EPZ Labor Law & Rules.
∎ Assist in maternity leave register of expected mothers.
∎ Follow up dining hall at the time of worker lunch.
∎ Inspect firefighting equipment of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks instructed by Management.
