We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sr. Executive/Dy. Manager (Branding) Hygiene Products of Sector-C, BG.
∎ The Position is expected to designs, oversees, track and manage the portfolio that effectively integrate marketing tools, governance, and accountability to significantly improve market share for the Hygiene Business segment (Diaper, Diapant, Monalisa Sanitary Napkin, Baby Wipes, Wet Tissue, Cotton Buds, Face Mask, Feeding Bottle & Nipple, etc.)
∎ Create, and execute marketing strategies and excel portfolio to achieve strategic objectives.
∎ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
∎ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
∎ Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
∎ Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
∎ Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
∎ Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Hygiene portfolio.
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in portfolio marketing management.
∎ Working experience on Hygiene products will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
