Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree completed from a business background.
∎ Good knowledge in computer for booking submission in online basis for getting buyer's approval.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, pro-active and positive attitude.
∎ Able to cope with constant change in a pressurized environment.

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring onto import consignment (SEA) & arrange to collect Bank endorsed documents based on VSL ETA schedule at the consignment releasing port.
∎ Liaison with LC opening team from PI receiving stage that the commodity specification & HS Code is suitable according to the entitlement of bond license to clear import consignment smoothly.
∎ Arrangement of S/G with banks for air imports/EPZ consignment to release this type of consignment in timely manner.
∎ Daily basis follow-up on all import consignments for all customs stations & fulfill the documentary requirement to C&F agent. Also sharing the adequate documentary info to plant concerned about Imp delivery info.
∎ Prepare Shipping bill for export, submit DF Vat after export execution and report to the export department.
∎ Prepare ICD-related bills and submit to the Accounts Department.
∎ Collect C&F Related bills from different custom stations and forward to finance after approval.
∎ Import statement/ERP maintaining properly for management reporting as & when required.
∎ Preserve all related bill of entry and bill copy.
∎ Arrange ICD import delivery, collect paper from commercial, customs clearing process and arrange delivery.
