Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
∎ Conduct time and production study in production process and give solution to maintain SMV and efficiency.
∎ Take necessary steps to avoid unnecessary process and try to simplify it.
∎ Ensure proper optimization of resources and minimize the wastages.
∎ Ability to take skill test of operators and train the operators to improve their productivity efficiency.
∎ Perform root cause analysis of major defects and find solution.
∎ Execute different types of IE tools and techniques as per SOP.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
