Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the HOD to deal with the landowner for acquire the land, visit landowner plot and prepare detailed joint venture proposal.
∎ Collect the land information from the Land Media, collect land documents and check through Legal Department.
∎ Assist for market survey, market feasibility, cost preparation, and report writing.
∎ Coordinate with architect and landowner in regard to Design development, and construction planning.
∎ Maintain departmental coordination up to the project handover, coordinate both with self and other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
