Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering major in Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Relaxing to cut supermarket process-wise efficiency & productivity maintain daily.
∎ Time to time all process capacity verification and identify bottlenecks to adjustment of resources if needed.
∎ Daily Cutting efficiency report preparation and publish.
∎ Prepare table plan with cutting manager daily.
∎ Daily NPT capturing/Initiatives take reduction waste and interruption to smooth process.
∎ Fabric in house to sewing input labour loading analysis.
∎ Have to visit subcontract plants with own plants and solve day-to-day quality issue and continuously give feedback to QA Manager.
∎ Have to work on in continual progress in the process.
∎ Need to maintain the manpower within budget and have to monitor the attendance, disciplinary issues of the subordinates, especially for auditors provided for
∎ subcontract orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ 100% Conformity and adherence to process control on time Line Feeding-Zero Line Down Time.
∎ 100% Process Simplification and improvement in Productivity and achieve cutting Efficiency 80%.
∎ Minimum Style Change Lead time and Quick Scale Up of Productivity and Line Efficiency.
∎ Maintain Line Efficiency and 100% on-time Achievement of Target.
∎ Optimize MP Balance and Achieve on time Target.
∎ 100% Achieved PSD hit rate and Zero Wastage.
∎ Cut to ship.
∎ Method Improvements & kaizen
