Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Diploma degree major in Industrial Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To empower the IE process of finishing floor, Facilitation in proper way in order to ensure finishing productivity to meet customer production standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on shipment loading finishing layouts and style allocations for better productivity.
∎ Daily finishing section [after wash receiving to loading] balancing as per shipment targets.
∎ Periodically measure current process and people capacity and do adjustment as necessary.
∎ Daily efficiency report preparation and publish.
∎ Daily/Weekly based on loading Machineries/labour loading calculations.
∎ Actions to taken for NPT reduction and minimize OT in finishing.
∎ Skill evaluation and upgrade.
∎ Have to work on in continual progress in the process.
∎ Need to maintain the manpower within budget and have to monitor the attendance, disciplinary issues of the subordinates.

∎ Candidate performance measures on Sewing Factory’s Feedback
∎ 100% Conformity and adherence to process control on time Line, Feeding-Zero Line Down Time.
∎ 100% Process Simplification and improvement in Productivity, achieve Finishing Efficiency 80%.
∎ Minimum Style Change Lead time and Quick Scale Up of Productivity and finishing Line Efficiency.
∎ Maintain Line Efficiency and 100% on time Achievement of Target.
∎ Optimize MP Balance and Achieve on time Target.
∎ 100% Achieved Order to ship and Zero Wastage.
