Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for refrigerators and AC units. This includes setting sales targets, identifying market segments, and defining pricing and discounting strategies.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including sales managers, sales representatives, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales goals.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence in the refrigerator and AC industry. Use this data to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Maintain an in-depth understanding of the refrigerators and AC units offered, including technical specifications, energy efficiency, features, and benefits. Ensure that the sales team is well-informed about product details.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail customers and B2B clients, such as contractors and developers. Focus on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
∎ Monitor sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as monthly sales figures, customer conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and product launches to attract customers and drive sales.
∎ Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that there is an adequate supply of refrigerators and AC units in stock to meet customer demand.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget, including allocating funds for advertising, promotions, and sales incentives. Ensure that spending aligns with revenue and profitability targets.
∎ Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and clients and use it to make improvements in products, services, and the overall customer experience.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to appliance sales and warranties.
∎ Develop sales forecasts and projections to assist in inventory planning, production, and resource allocation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences. Innovate and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
∎ If applicable, manage and expand the dealer and distributor network to ensure a wider reach and effective distribution of refrigerators and AC units.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in core retail/ dealer and Corporate Sales.
∎ Candidates having good academic backgrounds will get extra preference.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in selling electronics products will get preference.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
