Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have RMG-Woven Factory Sewing Machine Maintenance Experience (Specially Shirt and Ladies Blouse).
∎ Maintains machine layout settings with floor PM and IE.
∎ All type of Woven Factory sewing, auxiliary machine breakdown follow-up.
∎ Repair maintenance sewing, mechanical and utility machineries.
∎ Ensure preventive machine maintenance & schedule machine maintenance.
∎ All type of sewing machine attachment arrangement before layout and running style.
∎ Spare Parts stock maintain.
∎ Maintenance Budget maintain & Cost control by process development.
∎ Directly attend in Call basis and candidate have to capability for solved the problem and troubleshoot by hand.
∎ Active participation to enhance production efficiency (Innovation)
∎ Schedule wise log book maintain.
∎ Calendar wise preventive maintenance periodical.
∎ Machine Breakdown data analysis to find machine life cycle, performance & Machine health story record.
∎ Monthly and yearly Utility data record for making plan to reduce energy consumption and reduce wastage.
∎ Ensure daily, monthly, weekly checklist.
∎ QMS & others audit preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 years experience in the same position.
