Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee Hospitality Services: Manage the Safety & Security, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Cleaning, and laundry services, ensuring that all services comply with international standards of quality, patient safety, and care.
∎ Enhance Patient and Guest Experience: Continuously assess and improve the patient and guest experience by collecting feedback and implementing changes to elevate service delivery.
∎ Manpower Management: Supervise the staffing needs of the Hospitality departments, ensuring adequate staffing levels, training, and career development.
∎ Leadership in Key Areas: Lead all matters related to Security, Cleaning, Food Quality Standards, and Patient Care across the hospitality departments.
∎ Policy and Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, procedures, SOPs, and service standards in all hospitality services.
∎ Complaint Management and Service Recovery: Handle complaints and oversee the resolution process to ensure continuous improvement in services.
∎ Budget and Financial Management:
∎ Develop, prepare, and monitor the annual operation budget for the Hospitality Department, ensuring cost control and financial goals are met.
