Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM ( PGDHRM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for Group recruitment process i.e. sourcing, screening, negotiation with candidates, hiring and suggest improvement if necessary.
∎ To maintain the proper management of Transfer, Increment, Promotion with Proper Documents.
∎ Performance Appraisal.
∎ To check & verify all final settlement of resigned dismissed or terminated employees.
∎ To ensure accurate verification of Daily attendance and salary statement prepared by HROs and Payroll Officers.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance.
∎ To develop a systematic approach to improve HR procedure and ensure effective implementation for Head Office and Factory.
∎ To maintain succession planning for vital positions.
∎ To maintain update Organogram and make proper manpower planning consistent with Organizational policy.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures of the strategies of administration & compliance.
∎ To control overall Group operations that are related to HR.
∎ To take initiative to increase the motivation level of employee, staff & workers by awareness program, counselling etc.
∎ Direct reporting capability to Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
∎ Must be smart, presentable and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer applications is imperative.

Salary: Negotiable
