Job Context:
∎ LCB International (BD) Ltd is one of the fastest growing Jackets manufacturing `A` type Korean Factory. The company plan to recruit some bright & dynamic individual for the following position who will make a difference & drive us toward success.
∎ This position will be responsible to lead the production team to achieve production targets with proper utilization of manpower and buyer and organizational SOP.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall product quality, control costs, and reduce production lead time.
∎ Achieve planned production targets.
∎ Maintain and improve the man-machine ratio and increase the cut-to-ship ratio.
∎ Take initiative for implementing Kaizen and ensure - Implement 5 S on the floor.
∎ Review daily reports related to product quality and level of wastage and number of rejected garments.
∎ Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operation management.
∎ Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concerned department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure the correct method so that the production output is as per the desired limit.
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
