Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,Rajshahi University,Khulna University,University of Chittagong,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience in dyeing industry will get preference.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.       Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Sweater Yarn Dyeing Marketing and overall activities for order collection to run the factory.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Have to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the Marketing activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and Shipment of order.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure Merchandisers are updating order status to Buyer.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best product.
∎ Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders. Keep close liaison with Buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.
∎ Co-ordinate Customers/ Suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
