∎ Well behaved, well organized and potential.
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in large scale knit composite garments industries and minimum 3 years in similar position.
∎ Candidate living near Narayanganj will be added as advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% Honest in all aspects.
∎ Ensure that the factory is under operation according to the existing factory and labor law and social compliance initiatives are fully functional in the factory while dealing with labor, work environment and management.
∎ Ensure the implementation of ethical and social responsibility policies in all factories of the company.
∎ Self-corresponding to the customers, audit firms for compliance audit-related issues, and attend customer and audit team in presenting the ethical position of the company positively
∎ Keep the customer-wise ethical audit files updated with the latest information for any time usage; make initiative for the implementation of the Corrective Action Plan issued by the ethical audit team.
∎ Must have experience with the RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) and expertise in Structural, Fire, Electrical, Boiler and safety standards, including implementing corrective actions and ensuring effective execution.
∎ Good understanding about buyer’s COC and its implementation.
∎ Sound knowledge of amfori BSCI, Better Work, OCS, RCS, GOTS, SEDEX, BCI, STEP, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Higg Index, and other social compliance certifications.
∎ Keep close interaction with the factory Admin/HR/Welfare Officers in the implementation of company HR/Admin Policies in aspects of social accountability.
∎ Periodical monitoring of the administrative and HR documentation required for the third-party Ethical Audit. And report the loop holes of the initiatives..
∎ In-depth knowledge of USGBC Green Building Standard for LEED certification.
∎ Responsible for conducting quarterly internal audits and actively participating in third-party or buyer-led social and technical audits.
∎ Capable to manage upcoming international Buyer’s supply chain policy and instruction for compliance.
∎ Any other related jobs that may assign by the management.
