∎ Skills Required: Leadership, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Labor Law, Performance appraisal, Working under pressure

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Must be experience in Knit composite factory as a Sr. Manager-HR, Admin & Compliance Department.
∎ Candidates staying in Narayanganj will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory Admin, HR & Compliance.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, Training & Development.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit.
∎ Follow-up/ Handling factory compliance and sustainable compliance issue.
∎ Organize administrative activities and work methods to increase productivity
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of proper housekeeping
∎ Ensure Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security.
∎ Develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Educate and train factory security team & housekeeping team on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Raise/make requisition for HR, admin & Compliance audit purpose and follow it up
∎ Make the proper bill in accordingly & Check all types of monthly bill & voucher
∎ Arrange food & refreshment for buyer, auditor and visitors as well.
∎ Monitor waste management
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc.
∎ Any other task will be assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Familiar with computer usage.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Candidate Having PGD in HRM/ Diploma in Compliance will Get Preference.
