Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidate with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM / HRD will get added preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Footwear, Garments HR and Admin

Job Context:
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is a brand initiated under the banner of `Nice Roks` India. Within four years of its manufacture, Kyros has insistently become famous in Bangladesh and India. Its corporate office is located in Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.

∎ We are looking a talent who possess the job with sound understanding, independently working and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization`s operations and to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR, Admin & Compliance department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute compete HR Plan and Policy of the company.
∎ Ensure policy and procedures are in place for best HR practices and update from time to time.
∎ Prepare, maintain & update Organogram.
∎ To establish HR and company Policy, recruitment planning, implementing and maintaining appropriate Management System of the Company by following updated Labor Law, Employees' Code of Conduct, Recruitment, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
∎ To prepare several types of HR Related Letter - Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Office Note, Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
∎ Formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
∎ Provide direction for the review of organizational structures, job analysis and job evaluation and effective Talent Management systems.
∎ Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employees/Workers about labor law.
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders like; Ministry of Labor, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations.
∎ Must have effective experience for acquiring and renewal of legal documentations (Trade License, TIN, VAT, IRC, BIDA, Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Foreign Staff Work Permit, Labor Ministry, Ministry of Industry etc.).
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department, staff members and workers.
∎ To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable law & rules.
∎ Monitor factory Floor discipline, compliance & hygiene for employees and factory premises.
∎ Handle all HR, Admin & Compliance related task assigned by the Management.
∎ To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration of the Company.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts Departments to disburse monthly Salary and Overtime etc.
∎ Must have effective experience for acquiring and renewal of legal documentations (Trade License, TIN, VAT, IRC, BIDA, Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Foreign Staff Work Permit, Labor Ministry, Ministry of Industry etc.).
∎ To prepare job advertisements, arrange job postings, contact applying candidates and coordinate Interviews in accordance with the organizational recruitment standards and business needs.
∎ Issue office note, memo, office order, all kinds of letter & circular in respect of HR & Admin issues.
∎ Maintain and update different records like leave, attendance, personal files and other records as per company's policy.
∎ Setting Job Description of employees and staffs.
∎ Follow up Attendance, Leave, overtime allowance, incentives, Promotion, and Final settlement bill etc.
∎ Prepare appointment/offer letters, schedule interviews, and support information and communication on recruitments in the office
∎ Arrange monthly meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and circulate within stipulated time.
∎ To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience as HR and Admin in any manufacturing company ( preferably Footwear / Garments Company)
∎ The applicant should have experiences in HR Software.
∎ Must have working experience in City Corporation, RJSC, CCI&E, BIDA, Ministry of Labor and Employment, and Ministry of Industries etc.

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Earn leave Encashment.
