Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/ Masters in Health Administration, Post-Graduation in Public Health.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and establish a hospital's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
∎ Manages, investigates, and concludes, audits and reports on patient and customer complaints, compliments.
∎ Manage, organize, audits and reports on Patient Satisfaction feedback.
∎ Assists in coordinating the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and national accreditation and licensing process. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as per JCI as well as other accreditations authorities and legal obligations etc.
∎ Undertakes required quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Quality, Patient Safety and Innovation Manager.
∎ Review patient requirements and make sure they are met. Set standards for quality as well as health and safety.
∎ Make sure that services meet international and national standards. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
∎ Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.
∎ Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
∎ Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements. Assess the effectiveness of changes made.
∎ Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
∎ Research and design appropriate hospital-wide quality training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years (Minimum 2 years' experience in managerial position).
∎ Experience in working as a JCI, QCI and NABH assessor will get preference.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill.
∎ Must have prior experience of managing Quality parameters of large bed size hospitals.
∎ Previous experience on JCI standards will be an added advantage.
∎ Min 02 years' experience in QM field in relevant hospitals or health care entities.
