∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ CA-CC from reputed firm will be preferred.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of monthly consolidated Financial Statements as per Management requirements. Ensuring accuracy of all transaction entries in Tally of all units.
∎ Ensuring on time preparation & maintaining of cash vouchers, banks vouchers & Journal vouchers.
∎ Managing and reporting group loan portfolio (Outstanding, repayment schedule) on daily basis unit wise, bank wise, loan category wise etc.
∎ Ensuring calculation of bank interest and bank charges on all loan repayments.
∎ Ensuring on time renewal of bank credit sanctions, loan proposal etc. Ensuring maintaining of export bills realization & Export bills discounting with detailed calculation.
∎ Preparation & maintaining of daily fund management report to ensure smooth fund inflows and outflows of the group.
∎ Checking & confirming accuracy of all local & foreign bills entries & payments in Tally. Controlling Tally ERP 9 software for all units & users.
∎ Ensuring all transactions at factory accounts are maintained accurately and supervision of day to day activities & reports of factory accounts.
∎ Supervision of all activities & reports of factory audit department.
∎ Preparation of project profile for new venture as per management requirements. Ensuring checking of all reports of factory store departments.
∎ Ensuring on time preparation of monthly stock reports (yarn, Cotton, wastage & WIP).
∎ Conducting month end inventory physical counting of yarn, Raw Cotton, Wastage, packing materials, printing & stationery items, cleaning materials, spare parts etc.
∎ Conducting yearly fixed assets physical counting at factory. Ensuring filling of annual returns to RJSC and RJSC related works to be completed timely.
∎ Conducting any surprise audit as per management requirements. Ensuring all local & foreign payments are made after approval of management.
∎ Preparation of annual financial statements of all units under group.
∎ Dealing with External Auditors for getting financials audited.
∎ Dealing with banks for keeping regular transactions smooth and loan related issues.
∎ Dealing with regulatory body (RJSC, tax office, vat office, BSEC, etc) when required.
∎ Ensuring providing of required reports/supporting/papers to tax office for company tax return.
∎ Ensuring preparation & submission of schedule all tax returns (Monthly, yearly, bi-annual etc) of company & individuals.
∎ Submission of online monthly vat returns of all units and meeting requirement so fat office.
∎ Dealing yearly vat audit of all units. Ensuring deduction of TDS & VDS from bills and deposit the same to banks and providing of tax & vat deduction certificate to parties as per tax & vat laws.
∎ Ensuring annual credit reports availability of all units timely.
∎ Maintaining all relevant Vat registers (Mushok 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 etc ) and reports as per Vat laws. Dealing with import & exports related documents.
∎ Cost control by applying different costing tools and recommending ways of cost minimizing.
