Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering IT from any reputed Institution.

∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain strategic & operating IT plans, policies & procedures/systems and ensure IT compliance throughout the company with close monitoring and interaction with all stakeholders.
∎ Develop and implement software and hardware systems in the company. Lead, guide, train, and oversee the work of IT team members for implementation and maintenance for all departments.
∎ Develop and manage Network and Server troubleshoot technical problems and documentation independently.
∎ Create, Deploy and Manage Various types of servers like Storage, Web, Database, and System Center.
∎ Design and implement disaster recovery solutions for company's IT environment.
∎ Manage all databases, prepare MIS reports, filter data also develop enterprise-level add-on applications if needed and ensure stable and smooth operation of the company's information systems.
∎ Prepare and maintain IT capital budget, develop and implement master purchase plan of the software and hardware items to minimize IT costs.
∎ Promote and oversee relationships between company IT resources and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure top-notch security for all the hardware and software system, manage network systems, and various network load balancing technologies.
∎ Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
∎ Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
∎ Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
∎ Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
∎ Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, server & desktop operating systems, Microsoft technology-based systems (Active Directory, Exchange server, and others), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
∎ Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solution.
∎ Proven leadership skills, Strong creative and analytical thinking.
∎ Skills required: Computer Hardware, Computer Networks, IT Support Service and Network engineering.
∎ Establish ICT Departmental goals, objectives & operating procedures.
